Jude Shao Case Summary
This paper provides a detailed summary of Jude's case including violations of Chinese due process during the trial and subsequent appeals, errors in the "Judicial Accounting Audit Report" which was created by the Shanghai Police, and finally the exculpatory evidence that has been developed by Jude Shao, but that the Shanghai Courts refuse to review.

Case Verification Report
This document was produced by six of the most respected Chinese Legal scholars in Beijing. After reviewing Jude's case they concluded that there was insufficient evidence to convict Jude and that he deserves a retrial.
