10 years in prison - May 8, 2008
Jude has served two-thirds of his official sentence. His name still does not appear on lists of prisoners eligible for parole despite Chinese authorities' claims that foreign prisoners are treated the same as Chinese Nationals under the law.
One-year Sentence Reduction - September, 2006
Jude receives a one-year sentence reduction in lieu of parole, leaving his official sentence at 15 years.
Eligible for Parole - May 8, 2006

Notice of Rejection of Appeal - January 31, 2005
After a three-year wait, Jude received a Notice of Rejection of Appeal from the Supreme People's Court. All legal options are exhausted.

Jude Appeals to Supreme People's Court - June 6, 2003

Qing Pu Prison affected by SARS - May 15, 2003
